Too bad it had to be taken down. (Understandably, the publisher wasn't happy with the in-process document being posted for all to see.)
Oh, Jena! Bummer! Boo!I do guess I take the editor's point, but it was teeeensy and couldn't be made larger. It was just the lines and lines and LINES of red that were sort of both horrifying and edifying -- and reassuring.
