Good point--usually I'm well underway on some new project by the time the rejection arrives. :)Sarah Stevensonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16534942492714970282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10890387.post-75815627647011289122010-10-18T06:07:57.408-07:002010-10-18T06:07:57.408-07:00Love your toons! By the time you actually get a rejection, is your next novel not halfway written already? The thing that frustrates me the most is the waiting between sending in manuscript and the rejection! You always have those absurd hopes...Tamskehttp://www.bibvanbaln.benoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10890387.post-27068165492116086992008-05-02T07:38:00.000-07:002008-05-02T07:38:00.000-07:00Y'know, the Snoop Dog thing -- reminded me that Wi...Y'know, the Snoop Dog thing -- reminded me that Will Smith has also written a children's book. Granted, it was based on a song he wrote, and we at least know that rappers -- write their own material. Mostly. We assume Snoop does. The thing that disturbs me is the idea of rhyme... Rap has a lot of forced rhyme, and in a children's book -- oy, painful.

The Halliwell thing bothers me MUCH MORE. The Spice Girls did NOT write their own music, did they? I mean, seriously -- ?!tanita✿davishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01671822274852087499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10890387.post-46849247691102666552008-05-01T21:17:00.000-07:002008-05-01T21:17:00.000-07:00Thanks, ladies! Can I use "Cooler than Snoop!" as o...Thanks, ladies!

Can I use "Cooler than Snoop!" as one of my testimonials?
